Quality Management and Corporate Responsibility

Dennemeyer introduced an effective Quality Management to plan, conduct and monitor our activity and guarantee customer satisfaction. We internalize and apply corporate responsibility principles in relation with our partners and the environment, through Corporate Social Responsibility actions.

Our quality policy is based on the following principles:

  • Aiming for the highest internal and external customer satisfaction in terms of quality, delivery time and pricing, providing the best total value in compliance with all regulatory requirements;
  • Achieving on-time delivery of error free products and services;
  • Applying a continuous improvement approach on a daily basis.

Our ISO 9001: 2008 certification represents our commitment to the high quality standards we apply throughout our work. It was issued by the DQS, an official, independent certification authority from Germany, enabling Dennemeyer & Associates entities to "Provide legal advice in the areas of Intellectual Property Law and Copyright Law" and Dennemeyer S.A. entities to "Provide services for patent annuity payments and trademark renewals as well as Intellectual Property software and consulting".

Corporate Responsibility - Thinking today of tomorrow

Our corporate responsibility efforts center on the health and well-being of our employees, energy efficiency and social responsibility.

In the area of sustainability, we continuously refine our software solutions and improve our Online Portal features. We encourage using paperless processes for handling IP requests and have on-site recycling facilities available at all Dennemeyer locations.

Moreover, we acknowledge that today’s students are tomorrow’s experts in the IP industry. In 2011, Dennemeyer sponsored a postgraduate scholarship at one of Europe’s leading intellectual property schools, the “Munich Intellectual Property Law Centre” (MIPLC).
